When it comes to working with buyers, I use a simple, and guaranteed painless, four-step system.

First, I'll invite you and your family into my office for an informal visit to get a better idea of what it is you're looking for, and just as importantly, what you're not looking for.

We'll talk about what you're looking for in a home, and also what you're looking for in a life-style. If you're new to our area, we'll start by selecting several areas of town, and then a specific home.

In our market we're fortunate to have many terrific neighborhoods and regardless of your life-style, I'm certain we can find a place you'll feel comfortable about calling home.

Second, I'll pull a list of all the possibilities from my computer files, and you'll be surprised at how many great housing options you might have from which to chose. We provide you this special list of homes by email (or regular mail, fax, pick-up whatever method you choose) so that you can take your time looking them over. You can either drive by the homes you like to see how they ?feel? or tell us which homes you would like to preview or get more information about.

In step three of the process, we'll actually go out and look at homes that fit your parameters, so you can get a first hand, private look at each property.

And finally, when we do find the perfect home for you, I'll answer all your questions and give you all the specific details that you need to make a decision.

Should you decide that you'd like to purchase a home, you can count on me to handle all the details, including working to secure the right kind of financing to fit your particular needs. Throughout the entire process we'll work at your pace, and you'll be the one making all the decisions.
